Sometimes within a task there are inner tasks that need to be completed before the main task is accomplished. We'd like to have the ability to set sub-tasks within a given task.

Custom Status Fields
To be able to add your own status' fields to task I.E instead of the basic complete, deferred we can make ones like 'Invoiced' to allow more member to use the portal
Integration with video-meeting service
While Clinked have chats, it missing a fast way to have team- or client video-meetings inside Clinked. I suggest integration with 'BigMarker.com' or 'vectera.com'
Google calendar sync
Absolutely a MUST. We have lost of calendar issues in our teams. We KILLED the calendar option in Clinked just to be save. It totally knocked out our integrity in the teams. CRUCIAL FEATURE
Google Calendar - Sync with available times to prevent double booking
Better control of scheduling Google Calendar to sync both ways so events from google calendar appear on the admin side of Clinked to prevent conflicts when scheduling appointments. This is also important in the case you allow clients to schedule events only when times are available. We use Book Like a Boss (BLAB) and it syncs with our Google Calendar based on availability of times that are available. Or BLAB integration would work even better
Modify Email Subject - Share with Guest / Send Client Email
Currently, all emails when using the Share With Guest feature are grouped together in Gmail because the syntax is non-descriptive. This will lead to issues later as hundreds of threads will build up all with various clients resulting in miscommunication / unintended replies. CURRENT EMAIL SUBJECT: %OrgName% - Shared Content SUGGESTED EMAIL SUBJECT: %OrgName% - %Group/ClientName% - %filename% ^^^ At least the suggested syntax above will prevent the emails from Groups/Projects/Clients being grouped into 1 thread in Gmail as they'll usually be unrelated. Alternatively, let us determine what the EMAIL SUBJECT should be by using such variables above. %OrgName% %Group/Project/ClientName% %FileName% %Version#% etc. Furthermore, this subtle, easy change will also allow all ReplyTo emails from the recipient to be routed correctly for response by team members.
